We have two apartments available which are part of a newly built privately owned complex. They are situated in Peyia (Pegeia) which is beside the resort of Coral Bay and near the city of Paphos, Cyprus. The complex is self contained with all the balconies viewing into the shared communal area which is beautifully landscaped with 2 swimming pools and bathing areas. The facilities of the complex include a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, WCs, shower, changing room and a poolside bar. The apartments are surrounded by the scenic views of the Cypriot mountains to the North and to the South the ravine heading down to Coral Bay. The apartments have parking spaces and there is also an underground carpark. These highly furnished apartments allow you to enjoy home from home in comfort. The apartment has been set up to cater for 4 people in each and a discount will be offered if both are taken for the same period, ideal for family or friends wanting to holiday together.

There is a well supplied supermarket, a bank, a baker, pharmacy and newsagents 5 mins walk away. The heart of the village is 10 mins walk from the apartment and the village heart has a butcher, baker and fishmonger. Local taverna and JJ Sports Bar with free Wifi. Coral Bay Village is just 5mins in the car or a 3km walk. Coral bay is a vibrant resort with a multitude of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, mini golf and of course the beautiful blue flag beach. There are a many great attractions to keep you occupied some of these are Aphrodites Rock and Pool, Harbour Castle, St Pauls church, Tombs of the Kings, Pegei Sea caves, Vineyard Trips, Pottery Studio Trip, Horse Riding, Tennis courts, Go Karting, Bird Sanctuary. Peyia Football Stadium, Peyia play in the UEFA Europa League. Waterpark in Paphos with a free bus transfer. Paphos Harbor provides you with a multitude of boat trips gentile or the go getter and an array of tourist shopping, boutiques and outside seafront dining.

  • Prices are in UK pounds. Discount will be given if both apartments are rented in the same time period. Changeover days are flexible with notification. Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance with a 20% deposit. All reservations must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to occupation and late reservations may be taken with full payment. A refundable security reservation of £100 is required on final payment and refundable subject to satisfactory property inspection.
