The apartment is on the third (top) floor of a new and modern complex building with its own grounds. The building was part of a prestigious development built 4 years ago. The 3 bedrooms are similar in size - 2 have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds. The living area has a large corner sofa with a coffee table. There is a full SKY package connected to the 40 inch LCD TV and a Wi-Fi connection. A bar separates the kitchen from the living area and from the bar and the living area, you can still enjoy the dazzling views of the Mediterranean. We expect that most guests will want to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the view, but if preferred there is a more formal glass table with seating for six. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a vanity unit. A separate WC is next door to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern units with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, built in bar and a huge fridge with ice-machine. There are two large terraces, one 30 m2.

Golfe Juan lies to the west of Juan les Pins on the coast between Antibes and Cannes. This large holiday apartment in Golfe Juan is just off the Promenade. From leaving the apartment complex, it is a couple of minutes walk to the underground passageway which leads onto the Promenade. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Golfe-Juan boasts excellent public beaches and private beaches lined with palm trees. Home to Tetou, one of the Riviera's most famous restaurants, sample its famous bouillabaisse that has been poured into bowls for eager customers for some 70 years. North of Golfe Juan is landlocked Vallauris, famous for its fine clay and pottery. Here you will find a local market and an old stone perfume distillery that now serves as an exhibition centre for local painters and sculptors. Local gift shops offer all kinds of local wares from traditional Provençal pottery, spices, olive wood accessories, linens, and local perfumes.

The bedroom at the front of the building has a double bed and leads out onto the larger terrace and the gorgeous sea view. There are drawers and reading lamps and a wardrobe across the corridor. All the bedrooms are fitted with their own air-conditioning unit.
