Great place to stay BOOK IT!!!

My Family and I stayed here over new year in 2007. I have been to Orlando 4 times and I believe you cannot find a better location to stay in. Its location gives ease of access to all Orlando has to offer. Yo have a 24 Walmart within walking distance and if you are a football fan it also has sky sports!!!!

The best feedback that I can give is that we have re -booked for Christmas this year!!!!!

An exceptional villa in a perfect location.

Anyone looking for a holiday villa in the Kissimmee area will be hard pushed to find anything better than this one, situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac next to Bass Lake. I first stayed here with my wife, two teenage sons and four friends in the summer of 2006 and returned in June 2008. The property is very spacious, has a great pool area and is equipped, furnished and maintained to an extremely high standard. The list of free facilities provided by Mark and Natalie Brown is unbelievably extensive and includes everything from a well equipped games room, internet and premiership football to a BBQ, fishing rods and a pushchair. It seems nothing has been left off the list of free extras and everything’s exactly how it’s described on the owner’s web site. The villa is only a short walk from a massive Wal-Mart, which we used most days to top up on supplies, and is conveniently situated close to many restaurants and fast food outlets. Some of our favourites, the Olive Garden, Chilli’s and Smokey Bones come highly recommended. Most of the Disney and Universal Parks are only a 10 to 20 minute drive away and there are a couple of large designer shopping outlets very close by. We’ve had two wonderful holidays staying at this property and hopefully we’ll be back soon. I can’t recommend it enough and if it’s on your short list, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

We have stayed at lots of villas with being disney maniacs and this villa by far has been the best.

The location was great for the parks and we could walk to the walmart and restaurants on the 192.

The kids loved the extra large swimming pool and games room which made the holiday, as we could then relax by the pool and not have to entertain the children all the time.

We will certainly be booking again with you in the future and thank you for letting us rent your lovely villa.
