Cancellation policy: Booked and confirmed reservations can not be canceled. If you must cancel the reservation, we try to re-sell the house. If it is possible to find another renter, we refund 70% of the total summary. If not, no refund is possible. A Deposit of 50% is needed after confirm the reservation. The rest payment is to pay latest 4 weeks before arrival. If we dont´t receive the restpayment latest 2 weeks before arrival, the reservation will be canceled automatik. A refund for the first Depsoit of 50% is not possible. A Security deposit of USD 500 is needed and is to pay with the second payment. A cleaning fee is needed of USD 200 and is to pay by depature when you give the house back and the controll has done. The rental is plus US TAX of 10.5%

Smoking: This property is a non smoking property. Smoking outside ( courtyard, pool ) is allowed. Smoking in the house will billed with USD 1000,00. With your reservation you confirm automaticaly this Paragraph.
