Photos and Description of this Puerto Banus - Nueva Andalucia holiday villa 4 bed just 50 metres from the beach and 10 mimutes walk to Puerto Banus

The villa, which has been beautifully refurbished in a modern luxurious style, comprises 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms plus guest cloakroom, split-level lounge dining room, kitchen, and various terraces. The whole downstairs area with the exceptions of the cloakroom and kitchen, is open plan with the hall leading straight into the living room which is split level and in turn leads up to the dining area. From here you access the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The room is exceptionally bright thanks to the windows which allow in plenty of sunshine. The living room is beautifully furnished with soft leather sofas and an easy chair, fireplace and again has access to the terrace. By way of entertainment there is a wall mounted plasma TV with freeview satellite, a music system, and DVD player.

At the Puerto Banus end of the Golden mile of Marbella, this property has a most enviable location in one of the best-known resorts of Europe. The house is 10 mins walk from the famous Victor's Beach restaurant and Puente Romano hotel and just five minutes walk to Puerto Banus harbour with its bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. It is situated on a peaceful, private, residential road that leads directly to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo - only 60 meters away. Close to the house there is a beach bar (or cheringuito) specialising in sea-food. The Marbella club and the the Puente Romano Hotel are both about a 20 minute walk along the beach front walkway. The bustling Marbella old town centre if a further ten minutes walk from here.

Notes: The dining kitchen which has a small breakfast bar, is ultra modern and designed for the pleasure of cooking with a new Aga range-master which is half electric and half gas. Other appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also wall mounted plasma TV in the kitchen. Of the bedrooms two have en-suite bathrooms, and three have plasma TVs. The property as a whole has hot and cold air conditioning, marble floors, security alarm, CCTV and controlled access. Freeview satellite TV is installed throughout the villa. The pool can be heated for which there is an additional charge and there are sunloungers and parasols for your use and also a hammock. The terrace, on which there is a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, benefits from sun all day long. To the front of the villa is parking for 2-3 cars. This is an absolutely gorgeous property in easy reach of everthing.

Car Hire and airport transfers: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you from Malaga airport. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

Private boat charter: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for 350 Euros for the day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Why not hire a hot tub from us ?: We are happy to hire out a portable hot tub for 150 Euros per week. If you are interested in renting one then please enquire when booking.
