Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment studio flat central nice--- sleeps up to four

-Up one flight of stairs, the top floor of a traditional Nice house with natural light from the north and south..... This studio sleeps up to four with two double beds, one bed on the mezzanine, the other, a sofa-bed on the main floor..... The flat sits on a quiet street (Rue Caffarelli) in the charming Fleur Quarter..... A ten-minute stroll to the beach.....15 minute walk to high street shopping... another few minutes to the charming old-town..... Parking is horrendous all through central Nice. Fortunately a secure 24-hour carpark is located just down the street..... But why bother with a car? Everything is close by..... cafes, markets and galleries..... The studio is extremely white and extremely clean with a full-fitted kitchen..... the flat has a DVD player and a television tuned to all the major British stations..... Sorry no pets or smoking..... There is no additional cost for clean sheets and towels..... some people charge extra for these but everything is included here.....

The flat sits on the western edge of central Nice..... A pleasant ten-minute walk takes you to the famous Neptune Plage...... Fifteen minutes to the train station or high street shopping. Another few minutes and you’re in the Nice old-town........ Just close enough to the action but far enough away that you can clear out when you want some peace.

We had a great week in this studio in Nice. It was very clean and in great shape in general. It’s near the sea and not too far from the old town – but far enough to get away from the truism chaos, which suited us very well. This part of Nice gave the opportunity of being a part of something local, and to have a small chat with the locals. The studio has also a small balcony which we used a lot.

I will defiantly recommend this studio!

I have had a lovely time in this clean,comfortable apartment. It is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed going just across the street for our croissants first thing in morning. Good access to everything. We appriciated the recommendations to fun places in the area. We will definitely book again & recommend it our friends.
