The Villa is luxury, tastefully decorated 1.036sq feet. Remodelled in 2006, perfect equipped. Comfortable Wicker furniture, A/C and fans throughout. Very nice garden, big wooden deck with another dining and sitting area. Grill and Outdoor shower. Only steps away from the beach. Bedrooms have one Queenbed and a Kingbed. Plenty of linen and towels. Kitchen with all appliances which you need. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, Fridge, Dishwasher. There is also a laundry in the beach villas. T.C. offers a grocery store, bakery, liquor store, bank/ATM, medical clinic, marina, dive store, beach bar, restaurant, libery, church. 18 hole championship golf course, tennis. Rent a car, golf cart, bike, boat. Ferry to other islands. It is the right place for a relaxing romantic get away. The Beachvilla community has a big pool area and private beach which is a dream. Also to rent as a suite, one bedroom, kingbed for two persons, thats cheeper!!! Plenty of room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please ask for prices the owner. It depends on the Period and how long renters are staying. It is also possible to rent the villa with one bedroom, kingbed, if only two people are coming, in that case it will be much cheeper than with tow bedrooms.
    Cleaning fee of 150 US is required for open and closing the home, that has to be paid directly to the housekeeper. It includes also a cleaning service once during one week, fresh towles, bedding fresh once a week. For longterm renters cleaning price will be calculated.
  • Payment via personal or cashier´s check at the owner´s option, or SWIFT transfer. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A $ 500 security deposit is required from first time guests. In case of a late cancellation, rental deposit and payments are non-refundable unless a replacement rental is secured.

The guest room is closed with a bifold door, so if you use the bed for 1person it is a second sitting area if you wish. Both bedrooms a very cozy and have a lot of beddings and sheets and towels and linen. There are enough built in closets and drawer dresser.

Guests which stay longer than 1 week pay a weekly cleaning fee of $ 40, it has to be paid with the deposit. If wanted you can ask for more cleaning or laundry service, that has to be paid extra. Calls into other countries have to be paid, the best would be to have Skype on your computer, because calls to other countries are expensive, in that case a deposit is required. Therefore that power is very expensive we are asking kindly to close the windows if A/C will be used

Contact your travel agent for flight arrangements directly to Treasure Cay. Good scheduled service to both airports. Nearest Airport: Treasure Cay Abaco Bahamas (TCB) at 5 miles or Marsh Harbor (MHH) at 40 miles.

Surrounding of Treasure Cay: Visit by car or Ferry Marsh Harbor, a little town half a hour for T.C, with restaurants and boutiques, also Ferry to Hope Town, Green Turtle, Man o War. You find historical settlements in Hope Town and Green Turtle, nice restaurants and little shops. Guana Cay is also an island nearby which offers on Sundays at 'Nippers' pork roast. Also from the marina in Treasure Cay is the possibility to go by Ferry for a round trip to other islands, ask in the marina. Or you rent a boat and visit the nice beaches of different islands in the surrounding for shelling, snorkel and diving. Ask in the marina. Enjoy and haste back to that very special place!!
