Apartment fully furnished to a very high standard, featuring air-conditioning with both cold/hot provisions, 32 inch LCD TV, satellite and DVD player, dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table, sofas with a sofa-bed that can turn into another double bed. Outside balcony is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining. The kitchen is fully-fitted with full-size ceramic hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine. It is equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, all the pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils which cater for 6 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table with mirror, large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. The large window gives a superb view of the sea. The twin room has two single-beds,bedside cabinets,lamps,dressing self and wardrobe. The bathroom has shower and bath, shower curtain, washbasin, mirror, cabinet, laundry basket, bathroom mat, bath and hand towels and face cloth.

Apartment located in a quiet area of Kapparis only 10 mins walk to local amenities where several restaurants and bars are open ‘all year round’, as well as shops and supermarket. Firemans Bay is a mere few minute drive away. 5 minutes drive away is the popular tourist resort of Protaras with a hugh selection of shops bars, supermarkets, tavernas, discos and bouzouki club, and the famous ’ Fig Tree Bay ‘and ‘Protaras Strip’. Ayia Napa famous for its night life, Nissi Beach and Waterworld waterpark is only 10 minutes drive away. The new Sea Museum 'Thalassa' which has an amazing replica of a 4th century trading ship which sunk off the coast of Kyrenia is a major attraction. If you fancy snorkeling or diving, Cape Gkreko with its secluded coves, rocky platforms, impressive cliff top views and sea caves is ideal. The picturesque town of Paralimni is 5 mins drive away, with its square, church, town hall, and lots of lovely shops and large supermarkets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposit: A non returnable deposit of 25% of rent is payable on booking. If a booking is made 8 weeks or less before arrival, the full rent is due at the time of the booking.
    Final Payment: Remaining balance must be made in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Non payment by that date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re let the property without reference to the applicants who remain liable for the full amount although credit will be given for any rents received as a result of re letting, less the owners expenses. The same will apply to a cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date.
    Security deposit: A security deposit of £150 is charged at the time the balance of the rent is paid, to cover damage and breakages which will be refundable within 14 days of the vacation of the property as long as no damage has been incurred. If there has been damage or breakages the amount for repair will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Included in the price is the meet and greet services. A welcome pack can be arranged for you if required especially if you arrive late, although there is a 24hr bakery within walking distance that supplies fresh bread, milk, daily products and pasteries.
  • For booking of two weeks or more in the Jun-Sep period, we will consider giving you one week free accommodation in our Almerimar apartment in Southern Spain, subjected to availability and terms and conditions. Please email for details.
