This is a ground floor, south facing apartment which has the sun all day, with a secluded paved garden area which has a BBQ and patio furniture. The lounge has been extended with a sofabed and dining table and chairs in the extension. The existing lounge area has two sofas. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, sandwich maker etc. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryers. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom also has a shower. All bookings receive a welcome pack on arrival. If you have any problems or queries during your stay, there is always someone on hand or contactable if required. The complex has a fantastic pool area which is very secure, with security gates at every entrance. There is a life guard, 24 hour Reception and a children's entertainer. The Fairways Golf and Country Club is just up the road for keen golfers and other courses are within easy reach.

Fairways is situated 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport on the coast. We are located two minutes walk from the newly created San Miguel Marina with stunning views of the surrounding area. Fairways has views of the coast and the beautiful Mount Teide. Local beaches are a short drive away. The complex has a beautiful pool area which is ideal for couples or families with children. Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 15 minute drive away. Or some quaint Canarian villages which offer fantastic seafood and other typical Canarian dishes are also only a short drive away. The local area, all within walking distance, offers a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars and Fairways has a well stocked supermarket. Within 15 minutes drive is the new Siam Park - the largest water park in Europe, the Jungle Park and the AquaPark, all great for family days out. If you prefer a more scenic holiday, the National Park of Mount Teide or the Mercedes Mountains in the North are a must
