This lovely clean, comfortable and contemporary apartment is an ideal setting for a peaceful holiday. The 2 double bedrooms (one en suite), separate WC and shower room, living and dining area, and kitchen are spacious and comfortably furnished, and the huge 46 sqm south facing terrace provides a perfect setting for outdoor living and dining. A flat screen TV and CD/DVD player provide media entertainment, and DVDs, books and games are available for use. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 adults, although the sofa can be converted to a double bed, and there are furnishings for 6. The apartment has its own private car port, with direct access from the road, and video phone entry. There is a beautiful communal pool, with a separate pool for children, on the complex. This is accessible via external stairs which make it less suitable for the elderly or infirm. Built in 2006, Terrazas de Altea is in a tranquil location, with beautiful views of the sea and the Sierra de Bernia mountains.

Altea la Vella is a small traditional village situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Bernia mountain range, just 2 miles from the town of Altea and 5 mins from the sea. Although in a tranquil setting, Altea la Vella has excellent facilities including supermarkets, a patisserie, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks, a post office, newsagents and other small shops. It is also the home of the stunning golf course Club de Golf Don Cayo, a challenging 9 hole course in a beautiful setting, and is close to the luxurious Tesal Thalasso Spa at Villa Gadea, just 5 mins away. The apartment is in an elevated position, a lovely stroll, through pine trees and orange groves, to the whitewashed walls and cobbled streets of the village. There are ample parking spaces in the village for car users. Altea la Vella is easily accessible from both Alicante airport (45 mins) and Valencia airport (90 mins), while the resorts of Calpe (10 mins), Albir (10 mins) and Benidorm (20 mins) are within easy reach.
