Very quiet site on a hillside, panoramic view on the Languedocian vineyard. The large swimming pool is in the middle of 9000 m² of a Mediterranean garden, olive and almond trees, the house is totally renovated, new furniture linen and towels, in the style of south of France. The access is made by a private track. 30mn away from the beaches of Sete and Cap d'Agde. 45mins away from Montpellier airport. 2km from the village and 10km from the historical town of Pezenas, Moliere's home. The perfect place to rest and enjoy the nature. Bicycles are at disposal to go around the property and more.

The villa is situated close to a village, Roujan, midway between the mountains and the sea. It only takes about 20 – 30 minutes by car to reach the busy Mediterranean resorts or beaches, or the peaceful foothills of the Cévennes. 30mn away from the beaches of Sete and Cap d'Agde. 45mins away from Montpellier airport. 2km from the village and 10km from the historical town of Pezenas, Moliere's home. The perfect place to rest and enjoy the nature. Bicycles are at disposal to go around the property and more. Roujan is a small village near by Pezenas. Surrounded by vineyards, the region is very green. You can go to the beach very quickly or go to the Cevennes mountains by driving less than half an hour. Pezenas is a very active town, lots of typical shops, and many shows, theatre plays all over the year. Many restaurants will be found.

There are all the linen for both combinations. *The children's bedroom has 6 beds (4 very comfortable 90cm x 190cm beds + 2 extras beds which are under the bunk beds) *And the mezzanine where one person or maybe two small children could sleep. The bed meads 110cm x 190cm. There is also a cot, and a plastic fence adaptable to any large bed.
