LA is a family business, situated in a sunny position in the Gaeta Gulf, between Rome and Naples. It's very close to the most charming spots of the Gaeta Gulf and is not situated on the main road and is a convenient point for walking (along the beach or in the mountains), biking and shopping. With its panoramic and strategic location, LA is a perfect place for holidays of relaxation, pleasure and culture in a land rich with historical, cultural and culinary possibilities. A very comfortable apartment, ideal for two families. It has 2 large double bedrooms (2 people + 2 people) and 1 bedroom for children (2 people). The kitchen is well equipped with all the accessories you will need to rustle up a traditional dish for family and friends. The big living room has a fire place, air conditioner, digital satellite receiver, and video. It has large windows with garden views and doors to the balcony. It provides two sofa bed for 3 people. The dining room provides seating for 9 people. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath tub and another bathroom, enclosed to the master bedroom, with basin, water and bidet.

The railway station (Minturno-Scauri) is 1,5 km away. For the sportsmen we can give advice on the area, free maps showing the best tours, detailed weather forecasts, as well as bike/windsurfer rental, bike repairs and windsurfing. The geographical position of the LivingApple is ideal for visiting the famous 'cities of art', Naples, Pompei, Paestum, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Capri, Rome.

We were very happy at Pink Lady. The building is very well located, easy to access to Gaeta, Formia and Sperlonga. It's an easy town to get around and not as expensive as other locations on the coast. The building that the apartment is in is well maintained and well located. The Appartment itself is very spacious and the balconies are great to sit on during the days. The owner was an excellent communicator, reliable, helpful and friendly.
Owner's Response: It's been a pleasure to know this family and will be a pleasure to host them again in our apartment.
The family immediately familiarize with the surroundings and appreciated the wonder of the place, environmental and social.
A very delicious family, in the full respect of the places had left the apartment cleaning and ordering.
