It is a two rooms of 60m ² welcoming, very quiet, located on the 5th without lift in a home ‘Niçoise ‘Typical. Terrace with view over the rooftops and the cascade of the castle Nice. Ideal for breakfasts and romantic dinners. Contractual pictures. 2 minutes from the Sea, 'Promenade des Anglais' This spacious two-room comfortable, tastefully decorated, is ideal for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 people. A separate room bed 2 places and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, shower room WC Washing machine , Fitted Kitchen US.Television. The beaches, the famous flower market (Cours Saleya: pedestrian streets, castle), its antique shops, museums and art galleries all around you. Nearby, small shops of all kinds: fruits and vegetables, fresh pasta, fish, roast chicken, pizza take-out, the 'soccer', small stuffed ‘petits farcies’(a specialty of Nice). For restaurants and pub in the district he ' there is plenty to choose from. All in this perfect spot, cosmopolitan and close to the beach.

Great location in Old Nice

My husband and I stayed for one week in this charming old world apartment. With two rooms, a bath, a small terrace, and it's attic location, it is very French! It is on the fifth floor in a largely pedestrian area and so is quiet yet convenient to everything in Old Nice. There is a fabulous bakery on the corner (think fresh pastry every morning) plus candy shops, cafes and restaurants literally right out the door. The Nice market, mostly produce and foods, with a day set aside for antiques and books, is just a short walk. Good public transportation is available. The beachside promenade is just two blocks and provides all sorts of people watching opportunities. U.S. travelers should know that linens and towels must be ordered separately and one is expected to leave the place swept and cleaned. The owners, Isabelle and Robert, met us the first day and were very helpful. If you are looking for a real Nice experience, and can handle the flights of stairs, this is the place! Oh, and best of all, the view from the terrace at night is fabulous: one can see the hillside park with the massive waterfall all lit up in the distance.
