Detached villa on a peaceful, picturesque, private development, surrounded by orange, lemon & olive groves, nestling in the hills behind Benidorm Bay. With fully fitted kitchen, TV, DVD in the lounge, patio with furniture for alfresco dining. Air-con and heating. There is a roof terrace with panoramic views of sea & mountains, with all day sunshine. The bustling nightlife of Benidorm is a 10-15 minute drive or if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle there are plenty of villages within easy reach. The area makes an excellent touring centre for the Northern Costa Blanca, from the sleepy village of Polop with its 200 fountains, the medieval town of Guadalest & the historical Moorish coastal town of Altea. The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk & serves 22 villas, & usually very quiet. Theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundomar are nearby. There are a number of golf courses close by. Car hire, airport pick ups can be arranged at reasonable rate.
