Bantham is situated in a sunny position on the edge of the golf course. It has four bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. The large open plan lounge, dining area have been completely refurbished and double doors lead out onto an extended sun decking area, which is part of an enclosed sunny landscaped garden backing onto the golf course. This house is a super family holiday home, where you can enjoy relaxing in the garden, entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen or just lounging around on the comfortable and tasteful furnishings. Just a short walk to the clubhouse and facilities, the inverted house has elevated views across the golf course. The master suite has a zip and link bed and therefore is suitable for golf societies, families or groups of ladies wishing for pamper packages.
