The villa is located in a very private and peaceful housing estate of just 11 villas, on a hillside in Vale Parra, within walking distance of restaurant and supermarket and a few minutes drive to several beaches. Charming luxury villa, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The villa is surrounded by an immaculate garden with lawn, trees and shrubs. The back of the villa features a brick built barbecue with sink (hot water) and large swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden deck, pool shower room with hot water and lawn. Living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning in ceiling (heating and cooling). Entrance hall, twin bedroom, WC with loo and hand basin,fully fitted kitchen,lounge/dining area (Satellite TV + DVD player) with 2 patio doors to pool and garden, Suite 1 with patio door to pool. In the first floor Suite 2 double bedroom with bathroom, dressing area and patio doors to covered terrace and Suite 3 with double bedroom, bathroom and dressing area.
