Adjacent to apartment that of the owner, therefore available for any information application. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with angle cooking with a bed to castle. Completely furnished with washer, TV satellite, rooms in Italian style and well equipped kitchen. Heating and ventilation. Ample garden with Gazzebo and Barbecue. The parking is under house. To few minutes from the sea and from the Park of the Maremma.

My property is in a quiet countryside but If you want to visit Florencia, Siena, Roma, Pisa, You will easily do it . Nearby our region We can visit Roselle, Pitigliano where you can see archaeological sites about Etruscan civilization.
