2 Floor house with a huge garden and surrounded by green prairies . The house has 2 floors, the main floor with spacious living room and dining room, kitchen with dining area, one bathroom, play room for children and a garage. The second floor has 4 double bedrooms, one bathroom plus a little studio room with a sofa bed. The views from every window are fantastic. Equipped with fireplace, heating and all you need to have a great stay: board games, piano, music player, barbecue, basketball, 2 bicycles and great terrace to enjoy outdoors meals. The entrance to the house is by a private road perfect for children fun like bike, skateboard and the house prairie is perfect for football, and all kind of outdoor games.

The house has superb but also quite surroundings perfect for children to enjoy the country side and just 5 minutes walk form the groceries and restaurants in Villanueva town. The area is perfect to enjoy hiking, biking, beach, golf, wonderful and very affordable restaurants, cultural sites, just 17 km away for Santander town, a paradise for shopping and town strolling and less than an hour from Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum. Caves like Altamira and El Soplao are within 45 minutes drive as well as the historic town of Santillana del Mar.
