Apartment:
This apartment has its own street level parking next to the entrance. The communal pool is located at the side of this apartment. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Golf Clubhouse:
The club house is next to the apartment and green fees to the 18 hole golf course can be obtained there. Food and drinks are available in the club house in front of the fabulous infinity pool. Access to the beach is via an underground walkway in front of the club house.
Use of the clubhouse facilities are included in the rental with 20% discount offered on green fees with supplied membership card. Notification is required 2 weeks in advance for this facility to allow time for the membership cards to be prepared. Up to four cards available.
Mojacar Playa:
Nearby Mojacar has several miles of stunning sandy beaches with endless restaurants and food choices. Several Night clubs that go on to the early hours for the insomniacs or those who just like to party.
