Brand new & spacious Townhouse only 5 walking minutes from the beautiful beach and the village of Burgau. The house is located on the edge of this very nice fishing village in a quiet area. Burgau is nestled on the edge of a national park. It is still a working fishing village and watching the boats bobbing on the moonlit waters is a great sight. Burgau is only 10 minutes away from Lagos & several award winning golf courses. The house is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped and including a washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms all with bath or shower, toilet and bidet. 2 of the bathrooms are en suite. Large living room. There are 4 private terraces, with table and chairs. and one big communal area with small pool and garden. For the colder winter months the apartment has central heating. TV with English channels. There is a private parking place in the closed garage. Host service will complete your perfect holiday!

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the months November till March is the electricity for the heating at cost price! Water, gas and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 50 euros cleaning costs.
  • The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service and a weekly clean and linen change.
    Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.
  • The house sleeps up to 6 people. Mentioned prices are up to 4 people! (price on aplication for more than 4 people!)
