The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. 4 double bedrooms one of the bedrooms is ensuite with shower/bath double basin with toilet and bidet. The second bathroom also has bath/shower double basin and toilet. The 4th bedroom has two single beds with DVD player. In the Lounge there is a log burner, Sky TV, and DVD player. On the top terrace there is a BBQ for easy access to and from the kitchen. A cloakroom with shower and sink are on the entrance level of the villa. The private swimming pool is 8 X 4mtr and all terraces face out to sea and catch the sun all day with shade provided by large wind -down canopies on the upper terrace and covered section on the pool terrace. At night there are pull down blinds at all windows for privacy. The roof terrace is large with magnificent views of the sea and coastline towards Luz and Lagos which is only 10 min drive and 45mins drive from Faro Airport.

This spacious Villa is situated a few minutes walk from Luz centre and beach in the Western Algarve. Luz has managed to retain village charm and character, with the advantage of a superb south facing beach and promenade, whilst also boasting water sports and a great selection of restaurant and bars for evening entertainment. For the sporty there are many fine golf courses nearby, horse riding, tennis etc. The nearest golf being Boa Vista resort only 10 minutes away, which also offers extensive facilities for golf, driving range, Spa, Jacuzzi, pool, tennis and a children’s play area. Offers for golf are 2 golfers with buggy €47.50PP. Within simple and short driving distance are two superb golf courses 'Morgardo Golf' two individual 18 hole courses with excellent club house and driving range facilities. From the Morgado Golf Club we have been offered a special rate high season 16th - 28th Feb, March, April, May, 16th - 30th Sept, Oct, Nov €75PP, low season 2 people with buggy for €99.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds, desk and a mini music centre for CD's and tapes.
