This 2nd floor apt is 700 metres from the Playa Flamenca Centro Commercial with its wide variety of pubs and restaurants. It is a 10 min walk to a number of Blue Flag Beaches. The apt comprises 2 large bedrooms, living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen, roof-top solarium, utility room and 2 balconies. The very large front balcony enjoys beautiful sea views and is not overlooked. To fully appreciate the property visit our 'Virtual Tour' - please ask for details. The apt is on the second floor and is one of only 7 in the block. There is a communal pool adjacent to the main entrance. The property is alarmed and is decorated to a very high standard. There is sat TV, dvd and video player and music system for your enjoyment. The very popular Playa Flamenca Saturday market is a 5 minute walk from the complex where numerous bargains and fresh produce are available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Contact us for favorable rates on long lets or non- standard rental periods. Rates apply to the whole property per week regardless of the number of occupants which is limited to a maximum of four. Air conditioning is included. €100 booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This is non refundable. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of €100 is required to cover breakages, losses, etc. This is refunded following the cleaners inspection of the apartment. There is an additional €50 charge for the post clean. This is payable locally.
  • The apartment is available from 4pm on the date of arrival until 12 mid-day on the day of departure. We will endeavor to accommodate times outside of these where possible. Prior to your departure we will provide you with detailed directions to the property where you will be met by the local agent.
  • Look out for the free local newspapers: The Coast Rider or the RoundtownNews, both of which are applicable to the Playa Flamenca area.

Notes: Children over the age of eight are welcome. Two sunbeds with cushions are available for the solarium and two for the main balcony. The main balcony has a large patio table and 6 chairs with cushions. There is a george foreman grill in the kitchen. There is a cooler trolley/bag available for picnics/beach visits. Local shop, pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants are 150 metres away. For your entertainment, there are a good selection of videos, DVDs and books available. Airport pick ups are available if required. A welcome pack of your choice is available on request and payable on arrival. The main living room does not have air-conditioning however, we have found that when the large utility room window to the rear of the property and the patio doors to the main balcony are open, there is a terrific cooling breeze. There are two electrical cooling fans available also.
