Newly built, modern, comfortable, clean apartment with stunning views of the Tomas Maestre Marina, watch the beautiful sail boats and luxury yachts go by. Sleeps 6, plus baby (folding cot provided in the apartment), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, main bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has twin beds and one double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is well equiped and has a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. Indoor and outdoor dining on the balcony. Large shared swimming pool and paddle/tennis court for your use during your holiday. Two beaches within a very short walk of the apartment, many more accessible by bus or car. 9 hole golf course nearby.

A truly unique location. Holiday between two seas, the safe, warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor (the little sea, Europe's largest salt water lake) at one side with it's world famous healing mud, nature's spa and the Mediterranean with miles of sandy beaches on the other. This is where the Spanish holiday and you can truly get a taste of the real Spain. Sample the local delicacies at the restaurants just a short walk away or stock up at the supermarket next to the apartment or bakery over the road and cook in the well equiped kitchen (you don't even have to wash up, there's a dishwasher for your convenience). Visit the fishing town of Cabo de Palos, the historic sights of Cartagena or catch a glimpse of the Pink Flamingos at San Pedro del Pinatar, all just a short drive away. Have fun at the water parks at Torevieja and Murcia, go Go Karting or just simply relax, enjoy the sun on the balcony or by the pool.
