This very modern villa makes full use of its internal space and with the double height living area gives a wonderful open feel, with plenty of light and comfort. It is located in the hillside development of independent villas ,midway between the medieval village of Pals and Platja de Pals, called Mas Tomasi. The house is on two levels. Entrance level with large open plan bedroom accessed via 'a bridge'. Stairs from the entrance hall leading down to an open plan kitchen/ sitting room with 42' TV and home cinema system, DVD and CD player. Large master bedroom with large en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms Family shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large American fridge with ice maker, microwave, induction hob and oven, large terrace doors leading to the pool area surrounded by decking and yard. Utility room with washing machine.
