Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa fully self contained and furnished to a high standard. This stunning villa boasts air conditioning and central heating, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. Set in a very peaceful location, in cul de sac. This glorious villa offers sea view and beautiful landscaped gardens with fruit trees. There is an enclosed BBQ area in a covered terrace area for AL fresco dining, all creating a very romantic setting. The dining room opens out onto the exterior terraces and swimming pool area, where there is an outside shower and sun loungers. This secure house has an alarm system, air conditioning, satellite TV (also in the self contained apartment), broadband connection, DVD player and video, plus satellite TV, also in the apartment.

Within walking distance of pretty commercial centre, 2km from Moraira beach, perfectly safe bathing for children, with a fabulous restaurants, superb for traditional Paella and Sangria!! Moraira town offers a wide range of supermarkets, boutiques, deli's, ice cream parlours and fantastic restaurants. Fridays are a must for the local market with its incredible fresh produce, in addition there is a well run child's funfair every evening. Twenty minutes drive to buzzing Javea with its spectacular beach and large promenade full of family dining. Calpe is also a twenty minute drive again full of shops and superb beaches. Benidorm and Ondara shopping mall both 30 min drive away from the villa!
