The property is fully walled, ensuring you can enjoy the tree-filled garden, barbecue and porch in complete privacy and seclusion. The accommodation is designed to provide you with all the comforts you could possibly need. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and microwave, as well as a TV set and air-conditioning. There are three bedrooms (sleeping 8 in total). There are two bathrooms, and the heating system is solar powered.

Cabanas de Tavira is a small region renowned for fishing. Away from the main tourist areas it has many shops, bars and restaurants. The picturesque town of Tavira is about 4 miles from the villa, and boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (Cabanas Island) with six miles of fine golden sand, it is perfect for pleasant walks beside the calm, warm water. Golf enthusiasts have a choice of five nearby courses: Benamaur Golf (300m), Quintada Ria (6km), Monte Rei (8km), Castro Marin (15km) and Isla Canela (20km). Cabanas de Tavira region is part of the protected area Ria Formosa, where you can enjoy the wonderful variety of wildlife. Tavira, once considered the capital of the Algarve is full of history, including a Roman bridge, XVIII century buildings, a castle, and numerous churches (37 in total). On the banks of the river Gilao you can find typical bars and restaurants specializing in seafood, grilled fish, “the Cataplana” and dishes made from Octopus.
