Delightful small cottage 75 sq.mt. in very peaceful surrounding. Two bedrooms (one with queensize bed and one with two regular single beds). One main bathroom with sink, bidet, bathtub and one smaller bathroom with WC, sink and regular size shower cabinet. Small living-room, kitchen with dining space. Two extra bedrooms and bathrooms in annex. Veranda with lovely view in garden. Parking. Swimming pool at 1,5 km distance. Beach at 15 km. Distance from airport 15km. Distance from Adriatic Highway: 15 km (Exit Ancona Nord). Ideal place to stay if you plan daily visits to cultural sites such as Urbino (1,30 h), San Marino, San Leo or to outlets (Tod's - Diego della Valle, 1h). No pets.

The cottage is located in Marche region,very near the Adriatic coast and right in the heart of a small area producing a very exclusive red wine named 'Lacrima di Morro d'Alba'. Very romantic site, on a hill overlooking vineyards and corn fields.The nearest village is Morro d'Alba with its medieval Castle, whereas Jesi and Senigallia are at 15 minutes by car with shopping centers. Though quite crowded in peak season, Senigallia has a lovely sand beach and many good level shopping possibilities. The beautiful Conero Riviera is 30 minutes away. Marche is the place where most of Italian shoes and hand bags are produced: near Macerata (40 minutes by car) you can find all kind of outlets with very fashionable items at highly competitive prices. Urbino and the lovely Montefeltro zone are at reach in 1,30 h car drive and Fabriano with the 'Grotte di Frasassi' - one of Italy's most amazing natural underground wonder - is within reach in 40 minutes. Oldtowns and artistical areas are very near.

Lovely surroundings and quietness: Though very well connected and near the airport, 'La Cochonnière' is in the very middle of sunny hills with a beautiful view over the vineyards producing the 'Lacrima di Morro d'Alba' a highly appreciated red wine with a full fruity scent, and the famous white wine 'Verdicchio'. Sant' Amico is a quiet place where you can relax after a day of sight seeing or a trip to the near by beaches and touristy locations such as Urbino, the beautiful Grotte di Frasassi or the charming merdioeval towns of Pergola, Corinaldo, Osimo, Sirolo etc. perched on the hills around. The cottage's library has plenty of guides and pamphlets in German, English and French.
