This beautiful and luminous 40 m2 apartment is located in the historical and cosmopolitan Barri Gothic of Barcelona. The apartment is on the 4Th floor with a large and comfortable staircase and it is very luminous as there is no building in front it. The apartment has a balcony that opens to a pedestrian street below. It is ideal for 4 up to 6 people: there are two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living/kitchen area for 2 further people. In the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs, TV, air-conditioner/heater for the entire apartment. The apartment is located in the Barri Gòtic in Barcelona, where you will find charming pedestrian streets with many art galleries, fashion stores, nice terraces, restaurants, etc… In a walking distance you will find: Palau de la Música, the famous Sra. Caterina Mercat, Sta. Maria del Mar Cathedral.
