It is a cosy flat for a short or long stay in Vienna - perfect for a couple or a single person. The flat is located right next to the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the 'D'-tram goes right to the centre of Vienna and the Franz-Josef train station. The undergrounds U4 and U6 are in short walking distance; the 9th district itself has everything to offer - parks, bars, clubs, old coffee houses and cultural activities. The 19th district with its famous 'Heurigen' (private wineries) and its green hills borders on one side the 1st district - the city on the other side. The flat has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition, the old town house from 1900 is in average shape.
