Location: Sotogrande in Spain

Quiet location of Sotogrande. The garden's are well established with a large variety of Mediterranean plants. There is an underground car park and lift.The breathtaking landscape and wonderful sunny weather make this the ideal destination for families, friends or couples. Visit once and you will want to come back again and again!There is a small private beach 5 mins walk from apartment but there are no facilities there. Numerous other beaches are 5 mins drive. Other beaches all have beach bars, restaurants and sun loungers. There are markets close by as well.Over 20 championship courses within 30 mins. Valerama, San Roque and Sotogrande all within 15 mins. Torreguadiaor is 4 mins drive where you will find numerous bars and quality restaurants. Sotogrande is 5 mins drive, this is a beautiful port where you can admire the yachts and enjoy the bars and restaurants. Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro is a 10 minute drive and a good shopping centre for everything you need for your holiday.

Excellent appartment!!!

I have been for a week with my wife and we really enjoyed.
The appartment is quiet new and the most important, very clean.
Beautiful views from the terrace, and better views from the solarium.
It is necessary a car.

This was an excellent holiday home for the family. It was very clean and well designed with a breaktaking view. We plan to stay again. The upstairs deck allows for great views and a place to relax and BBQ.

We have had a brilliant vacation with the family. I've retented many apartments all around Europe during the last 15 years and this one was the best. Excellent, but you need a car.
Owner's Response: l aim to please any of the holiday makers that holiday at my apartment and hope that l can for fill any thing that needs to be done this family where very nice people
