This apartment is privately owned, tastefully decorated and on a new small development built around a large swimming pool. This is only the first year the owners have taken guests and take pride in maintaining high standards. There is also a children's pool and extensive well-kept landscaped gardens, offering plenty of room to sunbathe or relax. The local area is flat and the apartment is located on the first floor affording views over the nature reserve to the sea and Fethiye islands. All the rooms have A/C and the lounge has a satellite TV with DVD player and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a table and chairs on the balcony with uninterrupted views across reed beds to the sea. A vehicle is not required but in the event there is easy off main road parking. It is an advantage that the owners have an English representative locally who is able to deal with any problems if they arise.

The area has something for everyone, physical activities such as paragliding off Babadag mountain or to visit the many historical sites such as Ephesus and Pamukkale. Calis is a popular beach resort on the Mediterranean coast with a long promenade at the back of the beach perfect for enjoying an evening stroll or having a cool drink watching the famous sunsets over the islands of Fethiye. There are many restaurants on the front together with plenty of food shops around the area. Located in a quiet position but only a few minutes from the town centre, the beach, and the water park. There are water taxis or local Domus(mini-bus) to Fethiye centre within a few minutes walk. At Fethiye you can enjoy the town sights, the promenade and bustel of the large market or take one of the boat trips out of Fethiye or Odeniz bay. On a Sunday there is a market at Gocek and you can take a day trip to there on a local boat(gulet) from Fethiye and enjoy lunch overlooking the sea. An enjoyable day out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Where a week is split by two rates, the higher amount will apply. Any extra days will be charged at a rate pro-rata to the weekly rate.
    A breakage deposit equivalent to £ 100 is charged at the time of the final payment. Returned when the keys have been received back and our local representative has checked the premises for any damage or loss.
  • On making a booking, a payment of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation is required. Full payment must be received at least 30 days before arrival date (to include payment for any extras such as transfers, arrival food packs etc)
  • A basic arrival food pack can be arranged at a cost of £ 20. This will incorporate basic food, beverages and drinks to tied you over until you are able to go shopping. Please let us know if you would prefer not to have any alcoholic drinks.
