On the ground floor, a large dinning room with an open equipped kitchen ; and a beautiful living room with sofas and TV. First floor 3 beautiful bedrooms with one bathroom Second floor the modern master bedroom with its bathroom. The villa is located close the sea and the railway line. Also very well served by the expressway and not so far from the highway his access is easy.
