It is a 2ND floor studio situated in a complex with 2 pools each with childrens sections. It has recently been refurbished having a full kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, all pots, pans,crockery and cutlery. Wardrobes with a small personal safe inside. Double bed, 2 sofas that convert to a sofa bed. Television with 5 english channels and DVD with a selection of films. Balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom with bath, shower above bath. Toilet and washer.

The studio is situated on the western edge of Los Cristianos and borders with las Americas. It is ideally situated for all amenities just a short walk of approx 90 mts to the white sandy beach of las vistas. The harbour is only a short walk away. Nearby is the new theme park biggest in Europe. Siam park and a golf coarse is near. There is plenty of good restaurants and bars with nightly entertainment (but not too close).
