A cosy ground floor fully equipped self catering apartment consisting of lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven & microwave, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large outdoor terrace. There is an external utility area accessed from the kitchen equipped with a washing machine, sink and storage units. The large terrace is accessed from the lounge through fully opening French window style doors. There is a sunshade the full width of the terrace which can be pulled across to protect from the full glare of the sun. The communal swimming pool is open from mid June to early September. The apartment is situated on the east side of Almuñécar and is only 5 minutes level walk to the town centre and beaches. It is close to the local Health Centre & a children’s play park. There is a family run mini-market within the complex selling a good variety of basic food & non-food items and daily fresh bread.
