We would highly recommend this property for a large family or group of friends.We were a family group with couples and two families (one had travelled from Australia).The pool is safely gated for small children.The housekeeper and driver are charming. The location is ideal and access to Rome by train is simple. The villa is full of charm and interesting objects and books. It is the perfect place for a party and we didn't feel the need to go out to often at night apart from a few restaurants recommended by our host Nicola-he had nade the arrangements so we were treated like royalty when we arrived to eat. We have no hestitation in recommending this fantastic villa for a unique holiday experience.

A wondeful experience -
the house is much better than we imagined -
We all miss the days spent at the swimming pool and our day trips to Rome ! not to mention those sunsets ....
We definetly are going to be back !
