A brand new apartment, totally refurbished in 2009. 1st floor with lift. In a quiet, luxury setting surrounded by pine trees and gardens, ideal to relax far from traffic and noise after a day of sightseeing. Living room with two sofa beds plus extra bed. Large kitchen fully equipped with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hobs. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED (included). CENTRAL HEATING in Nov-Apr (included). Bathroom with bath tub and shower, washing machine. Large wardrobe. Fully equipped with bed and bath linen. All rooms overlook and access surrounding terrace. Cleaning once a week for stays over 7 days. Use of owners' swimming pool downstairs in summer. Owners live next door for any help needed. Basic food shopping provided on arrival. Shops, supermarkets and market close by. Local bus connection just outside front door, runs every 30 minutes to city centre and Vatican (10 minute ride). Villa Doria Pamphili park within 5 min walk. Close to Janiculum hill
