Peyia is set on a hillside with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding hillsides, the village is very traditional but with many exceptional amenities, there are small streets and alleyways that lead away from the central square which has an attractive church. There are banks with ATM facilities, a good selection of restaurants (including Sophie's Restaurant a must for Sunday carvery) many bars & local tavernas; including JJ's Cocktail Lounge with free Wi-fi & satellite TV and local supermarkets open 7 days a week that cater for your daily needs. In less than minutes you can drive down to the lively Coral Bay Resort area with its fine sandy (blue flag) beach for watersports, go-karting and many more shops, restaurants, bars and Internet Cafe's. A twenty minute drive will take you into the busy town of Paphos once the capitol of Cyprus in Greco- Roman times now a UNESCO world heritage site with its fine Roman mosaics & lively old harbour area.

    A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival in Cyprus. If required date is less than 8 weeks from the time of booking, payment will be required in full. A refundable damage/breakage deposit of £200GBP will also be required at the time of full payment.
