Home from home, kitchen includes Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, microwave. Air conditioning in lounge area and flat screen TV plus DVD player with additional dining table with fans in bedrooms. Very modern bathroom with shower. Sun Terraces at the rear and front. Sun Terrace has stunning view of the 16th green and Lake from the 2nd floor position. The Golf course is an 18 hole Jack Nicholas designed course with 3 more courses all of a very high spec within 20 mins drive, great for golf holiday. Onsite there are restaurants, bars, clubhouse & supermarket. Children's play areas, tennis courts, a driving range and putting green. Swimming pools are placed all over the complex with one only 30 seconds walk from the apartment, lots of green areas.

The La Torre Polaris World Golf Resort is only 10 min drive from the famous Mar Menor Beaches, where you can windsurf, kitesurf, charter a boat, fish, take a slow stroll around the promenade, perhaps stop for coffee or lunch and watch the glistening ocean. You can hire bikes to cycle around the ocean or dine in one of the many restaurants, the sea food is local fresh and is fantastic. In the other direction you have the cultural city of Murcia with its fantastic architecture, many narrow lanes to explore and its stunning Cathedral Square. You could walk along the river that runs through the City and admire the Murcians as they go about their day. There are many shops to fuel that shopaholic bug and many cafes to refresh yourself with a long cool drink or a coffee as you people watch. There is a water park and zoo nearby so great for the kids, but if you want to stay on the resort there are many bars, restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts & children's play areas to enjoy.

  • We require a damage deposit of £200, this will be returned once our management company has checked the property and will be returned 7-14 days after your return.

    There will be a charge for Meet & Greet, laundry & cleaning by our management company. This charge starts from 70 Euros depending on the number of people in your party.

    We cab arrange pick ups from the air port and suggest companies that we have used for car hire.

    If you are a golf party we can help you to bo your tee off times prior to departure and get a residential discounted rate for you. A round of golf starts from 55 euros. There is a set of golf clubs at the apartment to use. You can rent clubs at the resort or use the driving range and golf buggies are avaliable.

    We provide a full information pack of the resort and recommend where to eat and to go.
