A delightfully restored farmhouse 15km south west of Perigueux with a 7mx3.6m swimming pool in a private walled courtyard attached to the house. Sleeps 10 in three double bedrooms and a dormitory for six. Bicycles, linen, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, gas BBQ etc inclusive. Perigueux has a cathedral and an attractive medieval centre, with classy shopping. St Astier (very good market) and Neuvic are good local shopping towns 10-15 minutes away. Grignols, 2km away, is pretty with bar, restaurant, baker and tennis. A little further afield Le Rosier provides water activities.

Essentially rural with nearby cafe/bars in Grignols at 2 kilometres. Good shopping in Neuvic and St Astier some 15 minutes drive away. Sophisticated shopping at Perigeux. Further afield near airport is Bergerac and the Dordogne valley with its impressive 100 Years War castles and ancient caves.
