Our townhouse has 4 rooms, including one for children. Fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms with shower and terrace all provided. There’s also a satellite TV.

Nearest Airport: Palma at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 10 Kilometres

Defiantly unwalled in a gently hilly landscape is where you’ll find the little town of Arta in the north-east of Majorca. This little mediaeval town with 6000 inhabitants and narrow, winding alleyways in the town centre draws visitors from many countries. Arta is in the Sierra de Levant, a wonderful landscape with soft, rolling hills and a wonderful mountain panorama. In Arta there are pretty little artistic and cultural attractions. Lots of artists live here. The varied tones of brown and the colours of the cypresses bathe Arta in a unique light.

Super, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausstaffierung
des Ferienhauses und natürlich die zentrale Lage
(kurze Wege ins "Leben" und trotzdem ruhig.
Am Anfang als "Fincaurlauber" etwas skeptisch,
aber sehr schnell eingeholt und sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Nähe einer Hauptverkehrsstraße war kaum zu
spüren und zu hören.
Empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder; wir haben zwar
mit dem Vermieter nur telefonisch und per e-mail
kommuniziert, aber es passte alles. Die Meinung
unserer Bekannten, die in der Nähe eine Ferien-
wohnung haben und uns besuchten, war ebenfalls
sehr positiv.
Als "alte" Artaner kannten wir uns in der Gegend gut
aus, ergo gab`s da keine Probleme(Baden, Kultur,
Ruhe, Bodenständigkeit etc.).

Ein traumhafter Mallorcaurlaub!

Wir haben uns alle (3 Erwachsene, 3Kinder) auf diesen Urlaub in einer mallorcinischen Kleinstadt gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht!
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Innenhof war super beliebt bei den Kindern, und wir Erwachsenen konnten sie dort einfach laufen lassen. Seh gefreut haben sich die Kinder über den, von unserem Vermietern schon angekündigten Besuch eines Katers.
Solch einen freundlichen Empfang wie in diesem Haus wurde uns in noch keinem Hotel geboten! Es wurden für uns Getränke in den Kühlschrank bereitgestellt und bei jedem noch so kleine Problemchen (die Satellitenschüssel fiel nach einem kleinen Sturm kurzzeitig aus) wurde uns sofort von unserem netten Vermieter geholfen.
Fazit dieses Urlaubs: wir kommen wieder und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfeheln!
