This newly built villa set overlooking the orchards between Villamartin and San Miguel offers wonderful views and peace and quiet. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all the facilities you would expect from a high class villa Private pool and sun loungers for 6 people as well as being 30 metres from the communal pool to the rear of the property. All bed linen and pool towels are provided and for the children a playstation 2 is included. All bedrooms are air conditioned as is the lounge. Large rooftop verandah for secluded sunbathing with table and chairs. Quiet gated community with only 10 houses in our section.

Several restaurants close by and many in both San Miguel and Villamartin.
