Three, individually-designed properties in an idyllic setting on the banks of the River Tweed with fabulous 360° views. The properties are beautifully-presented, having been fully renovated and re-furbished earlier this year. They are extremely well equipped with all mod-cons including Sky TV and wi fi. Each has a garden with magnificent views of the river. A path leads down to the river and a network of fabulous walks. The properties are in a secluded, hamlet-style setting and are ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together but maintain a degree of privacy. With this in mind, the dining room at School House has been designed to accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests if required. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival with a homemade cake and breakfast goodies. If you fancy a real break, a full or part time cook and daily housekeeping service is available and delicious homemade meals can be delivered to the house. The perfect rural retreat for families and friends!

Situated in an idyllic position on the edge of the River Tweed, the house has recently been renovated and refurnished throughout and is extremely well equipped with all ‘mod-cons’ including Sky TV and wi fi. A particular highlight is the magnificent former school room, a large, light, room which provides a fabulous, convivial open-plan living area with open fire and cosy seating area, dining area and kitchen. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms each with their own bath or shower room for up to 6 guests. The rear garden is a perfect spot to relax and watch the river and its inhabitants including otter, birds and deer. From the garden is a path leading to the river and a network of fabulous walks. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival with a homemade cake and breakfast goodies. If you fancy a real break, a full or part time cook is available and delicious homemade meals can be delivered to the house.
