ALL MALE/FEMALE GROUPS ALLOWED! This are two floor BRAND NEW Villas in just few minutes from Nissi beach. On the first floor you can find very comfortable living room with satellite TV (Hotbird & NTV+) and DVD player, wireless internet connection (upon request), kitchen and dining space with all gadgets you may need. On the second floor there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms with 2 king size beds and two singles as well as the bathroom. Each room has a waredrobe/cupboard, mirrow, a/c unit and two sets of linen/towels provided. Area around the houses is designed with stones, trees and flowers. For your comfort we provide barbecue, sunbeds and table with 6 chairs. Opposite the house there is a project's communal pool, which can be used anytime.

First Sister is furnished with dark and bright colors to create a unique atmosphere of style and comfort. It has 5 air condition units and a central heating facility, which is ideal for winter holiday. First floor is build in as one big room with artificial creation of separate areas, this is done to allow you enjoy space without walls and any limitations. Our villa is equipped with all possible electric units you may need including TV, DVD Player, Satellite, Internet and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Second floor will surprise you with different color designs, which gives you extra choice of your holiday accommodation. Each Master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, cupboard with big wall mirror and provided 2 sets of linen, 2 bath towels and a blanket. Third bedroom is designed in a very energetic way with blue and pink colors. It has 2 single beds, cupboard, mirror, small bedside table and provided 2 sets of linen, 2 bath towels and 2 blankets.

i went with quite a large group of people (7) and we rented this villa and the 1next to it (also owned by the same peolpe) and was very happy with the villa. it was very well presented, clean & in a great location and the owner was very helpful. the owner also picked us up from the airport which saved us alot of money. the villa is very close to the beach, restaurants and night life, but in a location which is nice and quite. the pool is only 10sec away and of a good size. so, in short term....... very nice villa, owner very helpful and always able to get in contact with them, good location and deff going back next year! :-)

Great location - pity about the noise.

Lovely villa in great location close to Nissi Beach. Very well equipped and high quality throughout. Only things we needed were a can opener and microwavable dishes.
Lots of nice touches like detergent available for sink, washing machine and dishwasher. Beds firm but very comfortable.
Only downside was noise from local karaoke bar till 1-2am. Really very loud on a few nights which meant we had to shut the windows and overheat during the night.
Excellent service from agent Marina throughout our stay.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Microwavable dishes are already there and can opener was a present from you. As for the noise, I will try to think of something. See you next season. Marina.

Very nice place to stay just few minutes walk from Nissi beach. The villa is well equipped with the new furniture, linen, tableware and etc.
