This 4 floor penthouse apartment faces south front line golf course in the centre of the luxurious Campos de Guadalmina Golf course in the typical Andalucian town of San Pedro de Alcantara. With a shared swimming pool . You are situated next door to The Barcelo Golf hotel and la Concha mountains. Guadalmina complex is within a gated community accessed by a remote access. Underground parking is available upon request. The apartment is air conditioned, TVs, Internet, music system/ CD player, a fully fitted kitchen with all machines. Serviced cleaned once per week. Keys can be collected on arrival from our local housekeeper. San Pedro is the next door village which is about five minutes by car. A range of restaurants, bars and a supermarket is within a short walking distance. The nearest beach is within 1km.

This penthouse apartment is in a quite area in the heart of the Costa del Sol, Guadalmina is surrounded by a host of leisure facilities located on the Guadalmina golf course means golf lovers are spoilt for choice, no wonder the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf. This golf course has the beach from the south side (Guadalmina bacha) and the mountain from the north side (Guadalmina Alta) Puerto Banus with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, casino, night life and expensive yachts is a 10 minute drive. San Pedro village with its quaint streets and squares is within easy walking distance. A host of amenities including restaurants, banks and a supermarket are at the end of the road. The beach is a 5 min drive down the road with many bars and restaurants for your use. A fantastic cable skiing facility is next door to the Barcelo Hotel which is next door to your apartment. Day trips can be made to Gibralta, Granada or take a boat trip to Tangiers in Morocco.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Securing the Booking: A Booking form must be filled out and signed and returned by fax or email to Fax 0044 -0 20 -7- 449 -2425 The booking will be secured once the deposit and rent, as detailed on the invoice, has been received in full by the Owner no later than 28 days before arrival. In the absence of payment being received, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental.

    Forms of Payment: Payments may be made to the Owner in pounds sterling by: BACS transfer, cheque or banker's draft, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express. Additional charges, as indicated on invoices, may be levied for payment by credit card at the current charges levied by the relative card provider at time of payment.

    Cancellation & Early Departure: All cancellations must be notified immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing. Once the booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be given unless a minimum of 28 days notice is given.
  • Deposit: The deposit agreed with the Owner is required to be paid at the time of booking and must be sent to the Owner with a completed booking form. The deposit is payable to secure the reservation and will be subsequently held against any arrears of rent, dilapidations and/or breakages that may occur. Should the Owner agree to the period of occupation being extended, the same deposit will be carried over for the duration of the rental. The deposit, or any balance after deductions, will be refunded following the Owner’s representative’s inspection of the apartment and settlement of all accounts, normally within a period of 14 days from departure.

    Loss or Injury: The Owner accepts no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to personal property nor for any costs incurred by Clients due to travelling delays or alterations, nor for personal accident, death or injury to the Client or any persons using the accommodation provided or member of the Client’s party or visitor.
  • Arrival, Check-in & Departure: Apartments are reserved from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure unless an early arrival or later departure time is requested and agreed in advance with the Owner. An estimated arrival time is required a minimum of 72 hours in advance in order for the Owner to arrange a representative to attend the check-in. For arrivals after 6pm, official check-in will be conducted on the subsequent morning.

    Inclusive & Additional Charges: Rentals quoted include gas, electricity, heating/air-conditioning, water, basic cable television package and local council tax charges. The Owner reserves the right to adjust control systems if fuel/power is wasted unnecessarily. Prices quoted also include a weekly housekeeping service; additional week-day housekeeping is available at extra cost. Car parking, at 50 Euros per week, is available on application.
