Newly renovated 4 bedroom apartment for 8-10 persons in the heart of Nice, 1min from the tramway, 3min from the train station, 20 meters from Avenue Jean Médecin and all its shops and restaurants. View over the city. No lift, building from early 1900. Living Room with double sofa-bed, TV and DVD-player. Open plan kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric cook top, microwave oven and dishwasher. Dining area for 6 to 10 persons. Balcony with table and 3 chairs. Wi-Fi internet access. 2 shower rooms with spa shower (one with toilet), separate toilet and a laundry room with a combined washing machine/ tumble dryer. 4 bedrooms all equipped with a double bed, a closet and a desk. No pets allowed. Damage deposit 500€.
