Luxurious & spacious newly renovated apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The apartment itself was built in the 1920's, has rooms with high ceilings & overlooks a beautiful communal garden. Two French doors in the open plan saloon kitchen lead out to the balcony with table and chairs perfect for cheese and Wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & combined oven/microwave. The bathroom is an Italian style wet room with rain shower, bamboo worktop with granite sink. Within the salon there is an 32' HD TV with Sky UK freeview & French TV. You can also log on the personal wi-fi to access free fast internet connection. The two bedrooms are light and spacious and comprise of a queen size bed and two single bed which can be converted into a double. 2 minutes walk to public transport which takes you to Nice, Juan les Pins & Cannes nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure. Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
