This fabulous modern apartment that sleeps up to 8 people is an amazing rental opportunity as it is an ideal location - just one minute walk to the beach, train and bus station in one direction, and with the high street one minute's walk in the opposite direction. On both routes you will come across a host of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated to a high standard and has four large bedrooms, 2 which lead onto the pool/patio area. One has the benefit of ensuite facilities/jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet and walk in wardrobe. There is a very large kitchen and lounge area which is finished to a high specification with beautiful marble tiles and and access to patio and pool area. The fully fitted kitchen has the added benefit of fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob and microwave, barbeque on patio and patio furniture.this property is avilable for long term rent in the winter at a special rate please contact owner

Altea is a Valencia town, located in the province of Alicante, north of Benidorm. The nearest beach is 15 meters away from the apartment. The famous Altea church square is only a 5 minute walk away, with amazing views showing all of local towns - Alfaz Del Pi, Albir and Benidorm. If you want to see the real Spain and the natural beauties of this amazing country, you can take a 20 minute car ride to the waterfalls - Les Fuentes Del Algar. It is a truly beautiful day out. The local train station and bus stop is central in Altea town, a 2 minute walk away from the apartment. If it's an electric nightlife scene your looking for, Benidorm is only a bus ride away for $1.25. Local supermarkets are at hand for all your general needs. Bars and restaurants along the beach front offer a wide option of food an drinks, ranging from Spanish tapas to Chinese to English, Indian and many more! A personal favourite is The Alaska Bar serving the best english dishes around with a delicious Sunday Lunch.
