Very elegant 125m² 3 bedroom flat for 6 persons on the West hills of Nice with spacious terrace, sea view and shared swimming pool. Superb apartment in a high standard building with view over the Mediterranean Ocean. 2.5km from the beach, 1km from amenities and 5km from the centre of Nice. The residence has a large swimming pool. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Living/dining room with TV, DVD-player and panorama windows opening onto a terrace of 35m² equipped with a dining area, sun beds and an awning and also a little garden (50m²). Entirely equipped and open kitchen including combined washer/dryer. 3 double beds of 180cm, of which 2 can be separated in 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms, the one en suite with the master bedroom that has both tub and shower. 1 separate toilet. One of the other bathrooms has shower, basin and wc, the other one shower and basin, both are en suite Garage for 1 car. Pets not accepted. Damage deposit: 1000 Euros.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feet, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
