It is a very calm villa, with nearness to the sea and to the mountain, and with very good communications to all the places that you want to visit, as Torrox, Nerja, Frigiliana, Cómpeta and all the white villages of the 'Costat del Sol', as well as the big cities as Malaga, Almeria, Granada etc. Also you will be able to enjoy very good restaurants, walks astride, rents of motorcycles or squash to visit the villages of mountain, and also you will be able to practise nautical or terrestrial sports as golf, tennis, football, etc. The villa has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, lounge - dining room, two terraces, one them with swimming pool.
