Don Juan complex is situated in Carvajal which is a small village at the coast between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Carvajal has its own selection of bars and restaurants but the area is peaceful and quiet encouraging a relaxing ambience. The train station is a few minutes walk from the apartment and within 10 minutes by train you can be sampling the delights of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. The area has all the facilities and amenities you could want from a major tourist centre. Expect to find a water park, a yacht harbour, sports facilities, many restaurants, bars and nightclubs, a zoo, a safari park and of course the famous 5 mile boulevard along the blue flag beaches. The Don Juan complex boasts two shared pools and children’s pools along with large communal gardens. The 2008 apartment features marble floors, large rooms, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms (one en suite) and breathtaking sea views.

The apartment was released for rental in June 2009. The larger than normal terrace lends itself to balmy evenings watching the Mediterranean lap against the shore as the sun sets. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and en suite, whilst the lounge has a double sofa bed. The en suite has a bath and shower and the second bathroom boasts a walk in shower. A travel cot is also provided should you require it. As the apartment is brand new the kitchen is as modern and fully equipped as you would expect. DVD and satellite TV is provided in the large lounge dining area should you not wish to miss your favourite soaps! The apartment is much larger than the average holiday apartment and has luxury black marble floors throughout. We can offer several variations furniture wise as we own a few apartments in the same complex. Feel free to contact us for more photos and possibilities.
